Delete Your Account

You may delete your Eave account at any time. This page explains how to do so, what data is removed, and what (if anything) is retained afterwards.

1. How to delete your account

Option A — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Eave app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.

Option B — By email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@eave.app from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

2. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request being confirmed.

3. Data that may be retained

Eave does not record calls or store audio or transcription data, so there is nothing of that nature to delete. The only data that may be retained after account deletion is:

4. Effect of deletion

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or access the app using that account. If you wish to use Eave again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
